Henrietta Finds A Nest
Henrietta Finds a Nest is a heartfelt animated short film in collaboration between Mercy for Animals and Mighty Oak. Inspired by a true story, the film follows a young chicken named Henrietta who is rescued from a factory farm. She is taken in by a mom and her daughter where grow a lasting bond changing both their lives completely. It was an amazing project to be on moving through the pipeline as a storyboard artist and animator on this spot. Storyboarding is just like animation except the key frames or boards are really spaced far apart. Its always amazing to see the illustrations come to life and for a very special story.
